As it happens, Kiverco is doing just fine. In fact, at the end of 2022, Kiverco won a project bigger than any in our 30 year history. Scale is no barrier for Kiverco.
But for one of Kiverco’s senior team, there was, arguably, a challenge even greater than Kiverco’s global team effort. Because the challenge that Paul Carolan, Kiverco’s General Manager set himself in early 2023, was a very personal one.
One Chance To Get It Right.
Work-life met home-life when Paul decided to sing and play the guitar, live, in front of friends, family and first-time acquaintances, at his daughter’s wedding in February 2023.
At work, Paul helps lead a team to deliver ‘right-first-time’ over and over. But this very personal ‘right-first-time’ musical challenge was a total one off.
And the only person that knew it was going to happen… was Paul.
