What does The Ks 514 System Include?

Built with backbone, this cutting-edge waste process plant combines a feeder, combi-screen, magnet, air separation systems, a manual sorting cabin with trap bins and magnet, and an electrical control system. The System sits on concrete bays, and stairs and walkways are fitted to the plant for access and maintenance.

The Waste Separation Process.

The waste is loaded into the feeder which metres the material into the machine. The combi-screen separates the waste into three different sizes. The fines material is extracted and the midsize continues to the magnet where FE metal is taken out. The lights material is then separated through the process of air separation. The oversize material journeys from the screen through the air separator function to remove light material before continuing to the manual sorting cabin where resources such as wood, plastic, and cardboard are handpicked. The material continues to a magnet that removes ferrous metals and finally, oversized aggregates are discharged into a bay at the end of the process.

You can recover up to 12 products with the Ks 514 2-bay system.

What Additional Extras Are Available?

The standard machine can be upgraded to include an Oversized Quality Control Air Separation Unit, additional Manual Sorting Bays, and a Low Belt Feeder.
