Kiverco champions mental health with new Mental Health First Aiders

At Kiverco, we recognise the importance of good mental health and strive to create a supportive work environment where every team member feels valued and cared for. As part of our ongoing commitment to employee well-being, we are proud to announce that four of our staff members have recently completed a Mental Health First Aiders course during Mental Health Awareness Week.

Congratulations to Laura Hetherington, Jody McMurray, Kirsty Mincher, and Patrick Gordon for becoming our new Mental Health First Aiders. Their training equips them with the skills to identify and support colleagues who may be struggling with mental health challenges, ensuring that help is always available within our organisation.

By increasing the number of trained Mental Health First Aiders, Kiverco aims to foster a culture of openness and support, encouraging employees to seek help when needed. We are dedicated to maintaining a workplace where everyone feels they can lean on a supportive team if life becomes overwhelming.

Kiverco remains committed to promoting mental health awareness and providing the necessary resources to support our staff’s well-being. Our new Mental Health First Aiders are a testament to this commitment, reinforcing our belief that a healthy, happy team is key to our success.
