There’s something about Kiverco’s Aftercare department that’s really intriguing.
It’s this.
How can such lovely, friendly, supportive people say things that are so, well, so direct? So pointed? So uncompromising?
Here’s what I mean.
Promises, Promises.
If you ask Kiverco’s Aftercare Team why they do what they do, they start by saying something like this:
“Aftercare is the team that helps to make sure Kiverco delivers on its promises. For example, we’re the ones that support and encourage proper maintenance, so that Kiverco’s industry-leading Uptime, Sustained Purity Levels and overall Plant Life continue to outpace the rest. So we do what we do for our customers.”
But that’s not all they say. Because then they say this:
“But we’re not just doing it for our customers. If we don’t deliver on our own promises, it’s Kiverco’s reputation that’s at risk. We do what we do for Kiverco, too.”
But that’s not all they say. Because then they say this:
“But we’re not just doing it for Kiverco. If we don’t deliver on our promises, and continue to outpace the rest, then why create Recycling Plant at all? It is entirely feasible that – out there, today, right now – inefficient Recycling Plant with excessive downtime, low or fast-diminishing levels of purity or a disappointing short overall life is not contributing positively to the overall global sustainability effort in any way. And what’s the point in that?
Aftercare is not just helping to make sure that Kiverco delivers on its promises for the customer. Or for ourselves. We do what we do for everyone.”

Kivercare Aftercare. Lovely, friendly, supportive people as I say. But my goodness, they take what they do seriously!
