We have just completed the installation of a new project for Timberpak Ltd, Part of the Egger Group on their new site near Leeds in England.
This machinery was sold through CRJ Services Ltd to Timberpak Ltd, who recently acquired a new larger site and wanted to relocate an existing plant to the new premises.
Kiverco has upgraded the current waste processing system by relocating a 2 bay picking station from the original site in Cross Green Industrial Estate and incorporating this into a plant with a new feeder, three-bay picking station and transfer conveyors to ensure higher sustained purity of product.
The plant will process twenty tonnes per hour of mixed wood through each picking station and this will enable the customer to manually remove contaminated wood to ensure a cleaner outputted product.
The new upgrades to the plant will futureproof the longevity of the plant and provide a longer useful life.
Upgrades to the facilities will make a huge impact on deforestation in the area and increase the amount of wood being recycled and repurposed.
Ben McQuaid, CRJ Services Commented:
“We specified Kiverco for this project because of their experience in the industry and their reputation for building tough machinery. Kiverco is recognised for producing machinery that processes higher levels of purity, and with this one of the main objectives of this project, recovering the most wood as possible, we were confident that Kiverco was the brand of choice.”
