The move to an electric processing platform removes reliance on hydraulic processing systems, helping to simplify maintenance and support cleaner, quieter operation.
At the same time, we recognise that mains electricity is not available on every site. Flexible power options allow operators to use a mains connection where available, with independent generator power when needed.

More Recovery Opportunities with the Mobile Eddy Current Separator
A key addition to the range is our new Mobile Eddy Current Separator, unveiled at IFAT Munich.
Designed to recover valuable non-ferrous metals, including aluminium, it adds another recovery stage to the Kiverco mobile offering. Operators can use it as a standalone machine or integrate it with other equipment to recover more value from their material.
A high-speed rare-earth rotor, together with adjustable rotor and belt speeds, allows separation to be tailored to the material being processed. Its electric-first design and optional independent power provide further flexibility for different operating environments.
The addition expands the options available to customers looking to improve metal recovery within a mobile setup.

The ability to grow a system in stages is central to the range and an important part of its appeal.
Operators can start with a single machine, introduce additional separation stages as demand increases and reconfigure their equipment as material streams or site requirements change.
