The Challenge
Britaniacrest Recycling Ltd, a family-owned waste management company in Surrey, has been operating since 1993. As demand for their services grew, they needed to upgrade their facility to process both Construction and Demolition (C&D) waste and Commercial and Industrial (C&I) waste more efficiently. Their key objectives were to divert more waste from landfill, generate energy from waste, reduce labour costs, and maximise operational uptime.
