Everybody at Kiverco knows what Kiverco was born to do. We’re creating The World’s Toughest Recycling Plant.
Why? Because this means More Uptime, a Higher Sustained Purity, and a Longer Useful Life – for you.
But how do we know how well we’re doing?
What ‘Toughness’ Means to Kiverco.
Toughness is as much about how we think as it is about what we do.
Yes, we over-specify at the design stage with regards to structure, material and manufacturing process. But the way we ‘think’ about toughness is particularly significant. Because unlike our competitors, Kiverco doesn’t just follow what might be considered as acceptable Industry Performance Standards.
Kiverco sets them.
Kiverco toughness is clearly defined. It is an approach to specifying, designing and manufacturing recycling plant that focuses on the delivery of three key measurable customer benefits.
1. More Uptime
2. Higher Sustained Purity
3. Longer Useful Life
But how do we measure this? On an ongoing basis, dedicated members of Kiverco’s team do the following, with regards to each of the three deliverables, as best as we can:
1. We identify what performance levels our industry considers to be ‘excellent’ in each of Kiverco’s three key customer benefits (More Uptime, Higher Sustained Purity, Longer Useful Life).
2. We set our own target performance levels – above the industry norms.
3. We aim to beat our own increased targets – every time.
That’s it. Current and ongoing mini reports exploring all the above appear in the library section of this website.
Kiverco BUILT WITH BACKBONE Target 1 of 3 – More Uptime.
As we move through 2022, we continue to work hard to understand what the Recycling Plant Industry around the world considers to be acceptable uptime.
This data guides and drives us. Because we set our own targets higher, aim to beat that self-set target, and report on how we’re doing.
Reports right now are internal only, however we will soon be publishing some of our findings in the Reports section of our online library.
Kiverco BUILT WITH BACKBONE Target 2 of 3 – Higher Sustained Purity.
This is a two-part deliverable. First, we look at Purity Levels across our industry. Then, we look at how well Purity Levels sustain over time.
Again, we research what the Recycling Plant Industry around the world consider to be acceptable Sustained Purity Levels.
This data guides and drives us. Because we set our own targets higher, aim to beat that target, and report on how we’re doing. Reports right now are internal only, however we will soon be publishing some of our findings in the Reports section of our online library.
Oftentimes, Purity Levels are specified by clients. When that happens, we specify so that we are confident of outperforming the targets set, whatever those targets may be.
We are also working hard to understand more fully how Purity Levels sustain over time across our industry. Again, this is to target any reduction in Kiverco plant Purity Level Sustainability to be far lower than Global Industry Norms.
Purity Level Targets.
Decline in Purity Levels Over Time.
Kiverco BUILT WITH BACKBONE Target 3 of 3 – Longer Useful Life.
Finally, we are continually researching what the Recycling Plant Industry around the world considers to be the acceptable Useful Life of recycling plant.
We are setting our own targets, once again, to outpace the rest and will be reporting on this later in 2022.
Some bespoke Recycling Plant solutions have their own unique parameters and targets specified at the project scoping stage, so any numbers quoted here in the future may deviate from those in some of our bespoke solutions. Targets identified here will be based on Kiverco’s own ongoing and ever-strengthening ambition and desire to outperform global market’s industry norms – as standard.
For more in-depth reporting on all Kiverco BUILT WITH BACKBONE Targets, please visit ‘Reports’ in our online library late in 2022 when they become available.
